Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy No Refunds for No-Shows Missed classes without 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refunds or credits unless a doctor’s note is provided. If you know you’ll miss a class due to a prior commitment, email chenebry4812@gmail.com when booking or at least one week before the session begins. Classes can be prorated at booking, but no-shows without notice are not eligible for refunds or credits. Class Cancellations by Otter Zone Aquatics If we must cancel a class due to pool maintenance, weather, instructor illness, or other unforeseen issues, families will be notified by email and/or text. Because pool time is contracted in advance, make-up classes are not available. Instead, a full credit will be issued for any class we cancel. Credits do not expire and may be used for any future Otter Zone Aquatics program. If the facility closes for weather or maintenance, we will follow their decision and issue a full credit for the missed class. Sick Policy To protect our swimmers and staff, please keep your swimmer home if they’re not feeling well. If a class is missed due to illness, a 50% credit toward a future session will be issued with a doctor’s note. Credits do not expire. To avoid upset stomachs, swimmers should avoid eating two hours before class. As a small, family-run business, we cannot offer full refunds for missed lessons since pool time and staffing are paid in advance. Pool Sanitation Policy Children who are not fully potty trained must wear an approved swim diaper or protective swim pants. Code Brown (fecal incident): Pool must close for sanitation. A $75 cleaning fee will be charged. Code Green (vomit incident): Pool must close for sanitation. A $75 cleaning fee will be charged. What the fee covers: required sanitation supplies, staff time, and loss of pool availability for other swimmers. Failure to follow these policies may result in removal from lessons or suspension. Behavior & Safety Policy We strive to maintain a positive, inclusive environment for all swimmers. Respectful behavior is required from swimmers, parents, and staff. Disrespect, aggression, or disruptions will not be tolerated. If a swimmer’s behavior creates safety concerns, we will work with families to find solutions, including modified activities, a different class, or one-on-one instruction. Otter Zone Aquatics may remove a swimmer or family if safety or respect issues persist. Our goal is always to help every swimmer feel confident, supported, and safe
